ReplyDelete-Ph of the milk is 5.6 . It will turn into curd when the ph of the milk decreases.
ReplyDelete-As we know thst bacteria is present everywhere and high temp and humidity is its favourable conditions to grow.
-Bacteria present in the milk will start growing snd produce lactic acid which will bring down the ph and hence milk is formed into curd.

ReplyDeletepH of fresh milk is 6 . When we add some material which can change milk into curd then the bacteria presents in the material reacts with milk and formed lactic acid, so after being acidic its pH decresed.
