  1. Q.24 What is the need for a system of control and coordination in an organism?
Ans: When a stimulus acts upon body of an organism then it has to react in a manner which is in the best interest of its body. The reaction which we give to the stimulus involves many organs of body. It is therefore necessary that all concerned organs should work with one another in a systematic manner so as to produce the required reaction. For this there should a efficient mechanism for controlling various organs.
The working together of the various organs of an organism in a systematic manner so as to produce a proper response to the stimulus is called coordination.

  2. 1. There are various organs and organ systems in a complex organism. These organ systems must be carefully controlled and coordinated for healthy survival of the organism. A lack of coordination between these systems can cause lot of troubles for the organism. In the body of an organism various fluids are secreted from the glands of the endocrine system.
